Phil is the Broker – Owner of Suncoast Realty Group LLC, offering a full range multi-option services to buyers and sellers in both Manatee and Sarasota counties. Phil relocated late 2013 from the St Louis area to the Sarasota / Bradenton after a long career as a professional pilot in the US and overseas. Originally from the UK Phil first became a licensed real estate professional in 2006 where he held Illinois and Missouri Brokers licenses.

Phil is also is a state certified real estate instructor and owns the Suncoast School of Real Estate and is a personal career development coach.
